On the eve of the New Year I want to give myhouse festive and cozy appearance, hang garlands, decorate the Christmas tree, arrange cute New Year figures made by themselves. To tie a snowman's figure with a crochet, you do not need to be a great master, you just need to be able to tie a string of air loops and bind the stakes without a crochet. Materials and tools:

white acrylic yarn with metallized thread - 60 g;
gray acrylic yarn with a metallized thread - 10 g;
green wool yarn - 20 g;
orange wool yarn - 5 g;
hook 1 mm;
ball or solid ball with a diameter of 7 cm;
hologofayber (filler) - a ball, the size of a fist;
red thread for the mouth;
black half-beads for the eyes;
sewing thread of white, orange and black colors.

Production procedure: The body and head of the snowman are almost identical. First, a chain of air loops is sewn, which then closes into a ring, from which several columns are strung without a crochet, forming a small circle. Next, row by row, the number of columns without a crochet increases, and the diameter of the circle, respectively, too. Then 4-5 rows are tied without increasing the number of loops, and after that, row by row, begins the reduction in the number of columns without a crochet, a decrease in the diameter of the circle, and, finally, it comes to naught. For stability in the torso of the snowman, I inserted a small ball, and my head, arms, legs and nose just stuffed with holofayberom. If you do not have a suitable ball, you can do without it, stuffing it, like a snowman's head, with a holofiber. But with the ball it will turn out better. And now, about everything in order. Let's start with the trunk. Create a chain of 3 air loops. Chain closed ring, tie onean air loop designed for lifting, and then, stepping each time inside this ring, tie 6 posts without a crochet and one air loop for the connection. You will have a small circle. Third row start with the necessary for liftingair loop, and then from each gap between the loops of the previous row, tie off two bars without a crochet. In the previous row, thanks to the connecting loop, you have 7 gaps, so when you punch 2 bars from each gap, you will end up with a circle consisting of 14 bars without a crochet. Next, tie another 6 rows, adding in each6th loop one column without crochet. Further knitting is convenient to continue in a spiral. In order not to get off while calculating the loops and to understand where the next series begins, I marked the beginning of the series with a red thread. In the end, you should get a circle,the diameter of which depends on the thickness of the thread, I have a circle with a diameter of just over 7 cm. It is not necessary to bind 6 rows, adding one column in each sixth loop, like mine. The main thing is that the diameter of the circle corresponds to the diameter of the ball or ball, which you will use for the body of the snowman. The next four rows are knotted without increasingnumber of loops, and you will see that your knitting will begin to take the form of a hemisphere. Note that for the landmark, I tied a red thread in the place from which I began to knit rows without adding loops. Now it's time to put the base in our knitting - a ball or a ball. I already had a knotted ball, which I had done before, but I did not use it anywhere, it was useful to me. Again, I marked the last row and the place from which I would begin to decrease the loops. Tie six rows, tying together each 6thand the 7th loop. Here's how to do it. First, tie together the loops from the 6th and 7th loops, you have two loops on the hook, now they are tied together. Tie the last row, tying together each pair of loops. Pull the loop from the opposite end of the remaining hole and tie the last bar. Spray one air loop, pull it out. Cut the thread and tighten. The trunk for the snowman is ready for us. To tie a snowman's head, do exactly the same, but to make the diameter of the circle smaller, adding one loop in each sixth loop, tie not six rows, but four or even three. Look, try your head on the trunk so that everything will be proportionate. Head hammered with a holofiber, it will look more natural than if you tied a ball for your head. When the head is ready, take the orange thread, tie a chain of 11 loops and close it in the ring. Make six rows without adding loops. Then tie two more rows, subtracting each number of loops by tying together each pair of loops. In the end - pull and hide the thread. Fill the nose-carrot with a holofiber. The usual sewing thread (thin) of orange color imperceptibly sew a nose to a head. Sew the half-beads to the eyes, using black thread for sewing. Head sew to the body (also, a thin white sewing thread). Now let's take the main attribute of anya classic snowman - we'll tie him a bucket on his head. We will begin all also with a chain of 3 air loops, then, we shall fix from a formed ring 6 columns without a crochet. In the third row, tie two bars in each gap, and then, as usual, twist, adding a loop in each sixth loop of the previous row. Acting like this, you tie a circle - the bottom of the future bucket. Then tie 4 rows, without increasing the numberloops. In the next row, evenly add only 3 or 4 loops, so that the bucket slightly widens and resembles the present shape. Spray another 5 rows without adding. Tie a long chain of 33 air loops, attach it to the opposite edge of the bucket. As you know, this is the bow of the bucket. And yet, the bucket is not quite like the present. You need to tie it to the edge along the edge of the bottom. Let's go to our feet. From the cardboard you need to cut out foot proportional to the trunk (in your opinion). And then we knit all the same. A chain of 3 loops in a closed ring - six bars into it - two loops each - two turns, adding one additional loop in each sixth loop - 7 rows without adding. In the last row, you need to subtract 2 or 3 loops (anywhere, no matter where). Now insert cardboard tracks. Hollofayber push only on one side of the cardboard, echoing - let it remain flat. Fold in half and tie the last row, grabbing two loops from opposite sides. Tie the second leg. Sew your legs to the trunk. The snowman needs pens. Knit the green yarn. Knitting pattern is the same. A chain of 3 loops in a ring - there are six columns in it - in each gap there are two loops. Then 5 rows of green yarn without adding loops. Next - white yarn 9 more rows without addingloops, and the last two rows, tying together each pair of loops. Fill your hands with a holofiber. It is convenient to use a wooden sushi stick for this. Cut the last loops together, cut the thread and pull it out. Tie the second hand. Sew your hands with white sewing threads into place. To create the illusion that our snowman is not naked,but in clothes, we'll tie him accessories: a belt and a butterfly. And fix it all with original knitted buttons. For the belt, create a chain of 50 air loops with green threads, tie one row of the loop into the loop with the pillars without the crochet. Then tie a green strap on all sides with columns without a crochet orange thread. For the butterfly, tie the same strap, but short, out of 18 loops. To tie the buttons, again, tie the chainfrom three air loops with green threads, then - in a ring - 6 posts without a crochet. And tie round orange circles. Belt, butterfly and buttons use for the decor of the snowman. Fill the bucket with holofayber and sew to the head. Something is missing. And there is not enough smile! With a red thread, use a needle to "draw" a smile to our snowman. New Year is already close!
