Knitted knitting socks for your baby with your own hands. Detailed diagram with photo and description
Many mothers really want to do somethingwith your own hands for a newborn baby. In this master class we will show you how to knit socks for your baby. To knit socks for a newborn baby, you will need 100 grams of soft warm yarn and five 3.5 mm double-pointed knitting needles. Children's acrylic is ideal for knitting for babies, for example, Super baby Victoria (360 m / 100 g).Elastic band: knit alternately 1 front, 1 out.Circular knitting – knit sts. Knitting density: 2.5 sts x 3.6 rows = 1 x 1 cm. Work order 1. Cast on 40 sts on four knitting needles (10 sts on each), knit with a rib pattern 2.5-3 cm. Continue knitting with the front surface, knit 5-6 cm from the rib pattern. 2. Knitting the heel. To knit the wall of the heel, the loops of the 2nd and 3rd knitting needles must be transferred to a thread and continue knitting on the 1st and 4th knitting needles with a straight piece of front surface. When the height of the heel wall reaches 4 cm, start knitting the lower part of the heel. To do this, distribute 20 loops on 3 knitting needles as follows: transfer 6 loops to the first knitting needle, to the second – 8 loops, on the third - 6 loops. Do not knit the loops on the 1st and 3rd needles, and continue knitting with a straight cloth on the middle needle. At the end of the first row, knit the outer loop of the middle needle and the loop on the adjacent needle together as if crossed, turn the work. Remove the first loop as if it were purl, knit a purl row, knit the last loop of the middle needle and the loop on the adjacent needle together as if it were purl, turn, remove the first loop as if it were a front loop, knit a front row. In this way, you need to knit until there are loops only on the middle needle.3.Next, you need to cast on the missing loops along both side edges of the heel wall (in this case, 6 loops plus 2 additional loops on each side), distribute the loops on four knitting needles and continue knitting in the round. To decrease loops in every second row, knit the last 2 loops of the first knitting needle together and knit the first 2 loops of the fourth knitting needle together with a left tilt. Reduce in this way until the cast-on number of loops is reached (in this case, 40 loops). Knit 6 cm to the beginning of the toe. 4. Toe. To knit the decorative stripes, knit the last loops of the 1st and 3rd knitting needles together with a front loop, knit the first loops of the 2nd and 4th knitting needles together with a left tilt. Perform such decreases every other row until there are half of the loops on the knitting needles. Then perform decreases in each row until there are 8 loops left. Pull the thread through the remaining loops and secure. The socks are ready!
