My first toys!For the monkey, I took the description from the StranaMam website. Knit all the parts in a spiral. First, knit the arms, legs, tail, then knit them into the body. Arms Start knitting with an additional color. Ears (additional color) 1p - 2ch, 5 sc in the second loop from the hook 2p - 5 inc (10) Along the straight side of the piece, cast on 3 more loops (there are 4 loops on the hook), pull the thread through all the loops, tighten. Leave a thread for sewing. Sew on the muzzle and ears. I sew the muzzle first for the back half loops left when knitting row 7, then in a circle. This way the transition from the muzzle to the head is more clearly expressed. You can do as you like. Sew on beady eyes, embroider the mouth. Decorate with bows, hats, scarves, etc.
