The width of our scarf will be seventy centimeters, and its length is one meter. Having knitted a small section of the pattern, you can easily determine the knitting density, in our case it turned out on a section of ten by ten centimeters seventeen loops in twenty-eight rows.
So let's start making a tube scarf. On four knitting needles with a diameter of five millimeters, cast on one hundred and sixty-eight loops evenly with black yarn. Having knitted three centimeters of elastic, move on to knitting needles No. 6 and knit with removed loops in a striped pattern according to the diagram. The pattern should be repeated fourteen times. At a distance of sixty-seven centimeters, move on to knitting needles No. 5 and again knit three centimeters of elastic with black thread. Close all loops. An elegant black and white pipe is ready.
