For the original poncho we will need five hundred grams of gray yarn with the following content: 51% acrylic, 18% mohair, 18% polyamide, 13% polyester. The poncho will be forty centimeters long.
On circular knitting needles No. 12 with a length ofEighty centimeters, cast on one hundred and eight loops, closing them into a circle, and knit the first row with face loops. Then knit the openwork pattern according to the diagram, repeating nine loops of the rapport twelve times. At a distance of forty centimeters after knitting the fourth row of the pattern, stop making yarns until eighty-four loops remain on the knitting needles.
Then we knit a couple of rows of two front stitchesloops together. In subsequent rows, decrease loops evenly to forty-eight pieces.
