New Year is a special time when adults and children unite in a single impulse. This year our city is hosting an exhibition-competition "Winter Tale". I took part in the competition in the nomination "Portrait of the Snow Maiden". "Portrait of the Snow Maiden" is made using the "Torcevanie" technique on double-sided tape using colored paper napkins.The well-known technique of cutting allows creating different New Year's crafts. In this work we will tell how to make the Snow Maiden. Photo # 2For work we will need:•Frame; •Template-picture; •Double-sided tape; •Multicolored napkins; •Scissors; •Marker; •A simple pencil with an eraser on the end. I copied the picture, traced it with a marker so that the picture was clearly visible for subsequent work: I carefully sealed the entire surface inside the frame with double-sided tape, the picture is even visible this way: Then I started working on the napkins: • I cut them into 2x2 squares; • Then I took a pencil and started working with pieces of napkins. I wrap each square in a circular motion around the pencil and glue it.
