This master class is dedicated to the execution of the textile sheep's tilde.

Preparation

To sew our Tilda you will need 2-3 types of fabric:

The very body of lamb is better made of a fleecy or terry cloth. Some take a towel for this purpose.
The muzzle and claws are made of coarse woven fabrics, such as flax or cotton. Nice looks and artificial suede. But if the fabric is too rigid, the muzzle can turn out uneven.
If you chose a pattern with a heart on your stomach, pick up a mottled cloth for it. The same material will go to the inside of the ear of the lamb.

It is better to select fabrics by placing them next to each other,the contrast is appropriate here. And if you want a version of the Tilda sheep in a delicate color, then you need to select both additional fabrics so that they are as close as possible in tone.The characteristic color of Tilda dolls' faces and muzzles isbeige, from flesh to chocolate brown. It is important to remember that the lighter the fabric, the brighter the toning and blush will be later. If you were unable to find a brown-colored fabric, you can tint it yourself with a decoction of onion peel. It is important not to overdo it with the intensity of the color and to dye it evenly.

Begin to sew

1. Working with the patternYou can print the Tilda sheep pattern in any size. If you take the size of the A4 sheet as a basis, then Tilda will be about 27 cm high. In the patterns we see 2 very similar optionssheep. The only difference is in the position of the handles. Choose a pattern that is more convenient for you to sew. You need to print it out two or three times to cut out small parts from one: the ear, hand and hoof of the Tilda sheep, and from 1-2 patterns - the body (depending on the choice of pattern - whole or composite). Sewing stages:

- Sew the 2 details of the muzzle of the lamb and sew it to the body.
- We sew the body to the bottom of the tummy and the back, and below fold the workpiece so that the stitches are sewn along their inner seam.

- Then we twist the torso with the muzzle through one of the legs (only the bottom of them remained uncleared). We fill with sintepon or holofayberom.
- Now you need to sew separately 2 knobs and 4 hoofs, slightly fill them. To each handle and a leg to sew on a hoof a secret seam.
- We sew the handles to the body of Tilda with a hidden seam.
- Each tab of the lamb consists of two parts, we sew them and sew them to the head with the same secret seam, first laying the upper part of the eyelet downwards.
- We sew the heart to the tummy of the sheep's tiger with some decorative seam, for example, the wrapping.

Decoration of the face To complete it remains to tell how the sheep Tilda becomes a person. The lamb can be painted or embroidered.

- For the eyes, take small beads or make knots from the thread, or you can just put 2 dots with black acrylic paint. It is persistent and harmless.
- The nose is embroidered in the form of a triangle. When Tilda the lamb has already found her eyes, take a needle and pierce the muzzle right through the upper corners of the future triangle of the nose. Align (as you like) the height and width of the nose. After that, thread the needle - this will be the first upper stitch, the next should be all already and already. Thread should be moderately stretched, it should not be sagging.

A simpler version is the execution of the nose with embroidery by three large stitches.
Now it remains to paint the blush of Tilde. Make it best by ordinary blush or shadows with a brush. In time, they will have to be updated.
