Fixtures in the form of a person
Many designers draw inspiration fromhuman nature, celebrating the beauty of the body in accessories and interior items, embodying smooth curves, poses and gestures. Table lamps, floor lamps and lamps in the form of a person can enliven the interior, giving it a bit of dynamics and special meaning. Ladislava Repkova, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, creates conceptual installations that reflect the young artist's vision of her understanding of relationships between people and the personal comfort zone. In her Intimate Lighting series of lamps, the base is made in the form of naked people. Each lamp has its own ideological basis and name. The Relationship table lamp demonstrates the physical and spiritual closeness of a man and a woman, and Privacy symbolizes the importance of each person's personal life and personal space. Behind the Daniel Loves Objects Lightning brand isis a young industrial designer from Singapore. His At Your Command lamp is a stylized doll on joints with a lampshade instead of a head. Thanks to the joints, you can give the lamp any pose, from elegant to provocative. A table lamp on wooden legs was made in a similar way. The Play Coalition designs things withsocial subtext, with a light, playful touch to important issues of saving. For example, the Martyr light bulb is an energy-saving lamp shaped like a man trying to pull a plug out of a socket. This design of the lamps reminds us of the need to save electricity and not forget to turn off the lights. The ceiling version of the lamp shows a man trying to saw off the cord and escape.Lamps in the form of a person can be made in the form of a sculpture (studio Bizzotto). Such floor lamps will fit well into interiors with elements of classicism, vintage or baroque.
