We start knitting the hat from the top, so we collect a chain of 4 loops. Knit the second row simply in a circle. In the 3rd row, you need to add loops in 3 arbitrary loops. Knit the 4th row in a circle. And in the 5th row, add loops similar to the third row. Simply knit the 6th and 7th rows in a circle. In the 8th row, knit additional loops from every 3rd loop. Knit the 9th row in a circle. In the 10th row, knit additional loops from every 3rd loop. The 11th row is simply knitted in a circle. The 12th row must be tied with white thread, finish the row, secure the thread well and cut it. Use a hook to remove the thread inside the hat.
