The design is pretty simple. If you want to make such a living lamp with your own hands, then you should find an old floor lamp, a desk lamp or a chandelier with a metal frame, remove the old, usually fabric carcass, and use a rigid wire to make in the middle a holder for an ordinary pot with indoor plants. Since the chandelier will hang over your head, then in the pot, drainage, I think, is not provided - you need to be careful with the correct watering of the flower. Theoretically, you can think up instead of a wire holder a shelf on which there will be a pot (with drainage) in a saucer.
