
Long Loops - Crochet for Beginners
Long loops.Various patterns can be created by inserting the loop into a loop located one or more rows below the previous row. The hook can be inserted directly under the next loop or tilted a few loops to the right or left. Insert the hook as shown in the picture, yarn over the hook shaft and pull it out from the back of the work, lengthening the resulting loop by the height of the knitted row. Finish the loop as indicated in the description (in this case, a long single crochet).
