Master class of New Year's adornments will teach how to knit a knitted star on a Christmas tree
We will need orange Baby Vita yarn (100% acrylic, 100 g, 400 m), hosiery needles (7 pieces), a needle with a large eye for sewing parts and synthetic padding or other filling.Cast on 108 stitches. Row 1. 108 sts. Row 2. Divide into six 18 knit stitches.
We knit 7 front loops (LP), then we make a draw through. First we remove two loops on the right knitting needle, inserting the knitting needle under them from the left.
And we knit the next one after them as a front one.
Then, we pull this front loop through two loops.
And we leave it on the right knitting needle.
This reduces the number of loops ontwo, and along the entire row - 12. At the place of the draw through, a beautiful convex braid is formed, it will be in the middle of the star beam. After drawing through, knit another 7 knit stitches and the last one with 1 purl stitch (ip). Row 3. 6 knit stitches, draw through, 6 knit stitches, 1 ip.
Row 4. 5 knit stitches, draw through, 5 knit stitches, 1 ip.
Row 5. 4 knit stitches, draw through, 4 knit stitches, 1 ip.
Row 6. 3 knit stitches, draw through, 3 knit stitches, 1 ip.
Row 7. 2 knit stitches, draw through, 2 knit stitches, 1 ip.
Row 8. 1 knit stitch, draw through, 1 knit stitch, 1 ip.
Row 9.We insert the knitting needle from the left behind the first two loops, remove them to the right, knit the next one, pull it through the first two and knit the last one as a purl. There are only two loops left on the knitting needle - a drawstring and a purl. To prevent the knitting needles from jumping out of the knitting, we distribute it over three.
Row 10. Knit two stitches into one front stitch.
Row 11. Two loops in 1 knit stitch.
We tighten the remaining loops in the middle and hide the end inside. We will knit another such detail, sew them together using a needle with a large eye and lightly stuff with synthetic padding.
From the thread left over from sewing, we will lift the chain of air loops and make a loop out of it, into which we can insert a ribbon.
You can hang our star on the tree by the ribbon. Happy New Year and Merry Christmas!
