The work is not difficult, but very interesting, as you can see for yourself. We will draw this object in several stages, which will help you avoid mistakes and pass all its lines and shape as accurately as possible. So, let's start, directly, to the very process of work, namely to the first stage of drawing. Stage one We need to represent the primary contours of our object (boat). Considering the fact that it is characterized by symmetry and accuracy of proportions, you need to take a close look at the work. It is from the first stage and it depends how correct the image will be at the final stage. Initially, we draw a simple geometric figure, an oval that has a slightly elongated shape that mimics the shape of the boat. Inside it, we draw two relatively small lines, indicating the seats. Do not press the pencil too hard. In some cases, you may need to edit the picture. Stage Two Draw another, exactly the same asand the previous one, the figure (oval), only smaller in size, inside the first one. This is the outline of the inner surface of the boat. The right part of this oval should be connected to the seats. Next, draw some details that are inside our boat as we see it in the proposed figure. Stage Three At this stage, we will detailour drawing. Performing work here is much easier and easier, since the main contours we already have. It remains only to add the small elements that are characteristic of this object. We know that the material for the construction of wooden boats are longitudinal bent boards. We need to draw them inside the boat, then the overall picture will have a more realistic appearance. Draw the rest of the details and shape the boat as shown in the picture. All the extra lines drawn in the previous stages of work, you can easily remove with the eraser. Stage Four Now we will draw the skeleton. To do this, we draw the edges of the framework (transverse bars). Their thickness should be the same both above and below. Stage Five As already mentioned in our article,the boat is built of boards. It is just necessary to make several longitudinal parallel lines along the frame along the side of our vessel. In principle, the drawing can be considered complete,but, still, you should review it carefully again. Perhaps, some small detail has been missed, which will need to be corrected. The resulting drawing can be colored with colored pencils, or you can color it with a simple pencil. To do this, it is better to take a soft pencil and already add shadows to them on the boat. If you draw several other objects to the boat, for example, a sail, a man on oars, the sun, sky and waves, then you will have a perfect holistic picture.
