The master class will teach how to sew a soft toy with their own hands - an adorable bear made of cloth.
Hand sew a soft teddy bear - activitypleasant and exciting. Both children and adults can do it - if only they have the desire and some free time. Patchwork patches, uneven seams and a simple muzzle give the bear a special charm and warmth of handicrafts.To work you will need:
- fabric with a small pile (a woolen boucle is used for the sample);
- sewing machine;
- thread;
- sintepon;
- braid for a bow;
- braid for apron;
- bright flap for apron;
- 2 wooden beads for the eyes;
- a small watering can;
- scissors.
Work sequence: Print out the bear pattern.Cut out the body and paws from paper along the outline.Trace onto fabric and cut out the main pattern in the amount of 2 pieces, the pattern of the paws in the amount of 4 pieces. Fold the pattern of the paws in pairs and stitch from the front side by hand with stitches with brown thread. Pin the two main patterns together with the front sides inward, insert the paw details in the appropriate places, baste.Sew the pieces together on a sewing machine, leaving3-4 cm hole for turning the product inside out. Turn the bear right side out. Stuff it with padding polyester through the hole left, then sew it up with small stitches using a blind stitch. The paws do not require stuffing. Do not stuff the padding polyester too tightly — the bear should remain fairly “flat”. Use a simple darning stitch to mark the middle of the ears.Embroider the nose with black thread.Sew beads in place of the eyes.Sew an apron of any size from tape and scraps. Secure it to the bear with a few stitches.Make a bow from the ribbon and sew it to the bear's neck. If you can't make a neat bow, you can sew a small button on top of the knot.Make several false patches and darns in random places. Attach a watering can to one of the paws with several stitches. The bear can be more than just a gardener —His "profession" depends on the accessory you give him. He can be a musician, a cook or a tailor - the choice of miniature souvenirs in handicraft stores is great, and they can be used to create themed gifts, or maybe even a whole collection of teddy bears. Give the teddy bear a scarlet heart or a bouquet of flowers - and he will become a symbol of Valentine's Day or March 8. Make a pocket on his apron and fill it with small screwdrivers - and the teddy bear will become an electrician or a carpenter. In this pocket, the teddy bear can keep business cards, discount cards or small candies - after all, teddy bears have such a sweet tooth!
