• sheet of cardboard blue or light yellow color,
• small segments of thick paper of red, yellow, orange, green, blue and beige colors,
• scissors,
• paper and double-sided scotch,
• cutting knife,
• blue half-beads,
• glue,
• White and red silk ribbon 25 cm long each.

The base of the box and the decorative elements are made over this stencil. It should be printed on blue paper and trimmed carefully around the contour. This is the main part of the box. All the lines must be well pushed, so that the workpiece can easily be folded. To decorate an owl you can use a wide variety of templates, for example, here are those. Before gluing a box, it should be decorated. Make the eyes of an owl. From pieces of green, yellow and blue paper we cut out circles of different diameters, overlap them and glue them together. Pattern of the heart is printed on white paper. We attach it with a stapler to the red cardboard. Cut out the heart using a knife. All decorative details are glued to the owl with paper tape. This connection allows you to give more volume to the elements. From an orange paper we cut out a rhombus of the necessary size, we put it in half and paste it between eyes. The beak of an owl turned out. From beige paper we cut out wings and ears. In them, you can make arbitrary slots that simulate feathers. We make paws from the same paper. The front part of the owl is ready. To decorate the opposite side of the box we make a carved flower from yellow paper. We attach two-sided adhesive tape to the connecting projections. We glue the box. And this looks like a box in a different color scheme. At the top we attach a silk ribbon of suitable color. In the center of the eye we glue half-beads. The sides of the box are decorated with flowers made with the help of figured punchers. Our boxes are ready! We admire and rejoice! The boxes are not very large: height - 11 cm, length - 12 cm, width - 4.5 cm. But they are very nice and can themselves act as a good souvenir. One look at these cowshakes evokes good feelings and memories of childhood.
