The master class will teach you how to make a toy for your children with your own hands - a rattle tied with a crochet.
To knit such a toy, we will need:
- an egg from a kinder-surprise;
- handle without rod;
- filler to make the rattle sound (I used peas);
- multi-colored threads (I used "COCO");
- hook number 2.
So, we pour peas into the Kinder egg.You can use anything: cereals, beads, small stones. Make a hole in the top center and insert the handle. To make it hold better, you can wrap it with tape. I started knitting from the bottom, i.e. from the handle. Cast on 4 ch, connect in a circle. Row 1 - 1 ch, 9 sc in a circle, connect the row. Row 2 - make several increases through an equal number of loops (I got 14 sc). Knit the following rows without increases to the base of the egg.
When the handle of our rattle is completelytied, you should attach a thread of a different color. From this point on, we need to make increases. To do this, in the next 2-3 rows, every 2 loops, knit two from one loop. Then continue knitting without increases.
To make it easier to attach the muzzle parts,I didn’t finish crocheting the egg. I crocheted the ears in a circle: cast on 10 ch, 3 sc, 3 sl st, 2 sc, 2 sc into the base, 2 sc, 3 sl st, 3 sc, 3 sc into the upper base, slip stitch. Tie the ears with a thread of a different color. Cheeks: Cast on 4 ch, connect in a circle. Row 1 – 1 ch, 9 sc into a circle, connect the row. Row 2 – make several increases through an equal number of loops (I got 14 sc). Lips and nose: Cast on 10 ch. Knit the first 5 loops with slip stitches, 3 ch. In the last ch, knit several sc. Break off the thread. You can buy ready-made eyes in the store. I did it myself: I closed 4 ch into a ring.
Carefully sew all the details of the face and finish tying the egg, decreasing the loops in each row. Sew the ears. This is the bunny I got.
