Hello, masters and needlewomen! Very soon the New Year 2016. I offer you a master class of a fun monkey - a symbol of the coming year. For work we need:

a satin ribbon with a width of 12 mm in brown color (5 meters);
a satin ribbon with a width of 12 mm in pink color (1 meter);
satin ribbon 50 mm wide brown, pink and red;
felt;
needle and thread;
scissors;
a lighter or a candle;
tweezers;
glue gun.

Tape width of 12 mm brown cut into segments, we burn the edges, we fold the tape in half along the length, string it on the thread and pull it together:

the abdomen is 85 cm to 12 cm;
tail - 70 cm to 10 cm;
head 50 cm to 8 cm;
legs, arms 4 segments of 35 cm. We tighten up to 4 cm.

12 mm pink tape:

abdomen - 60 cm. tighten up to 10 cm;
handles 2 segments of 8 cm to 1 cm;
legs 2 segments of 13 cm to 1.5 cm.

On the handles of the brown color, we immediately sew pink compressed cuts of 1 cm, and on the brown legs we sew pink cuts of 1.5 cm. We should have compressed cuts. From the felt we cut out the base for our monkey: The head is 3 cm in diameter and the trunk is 3 cm wide and 4 cm long. We glue the head to the trunk (you can cut out the entire base at once). From satin ribbon 50 mm browncut 4 squares of 5x5, from pink tape 50mm 1 square of 5x5, from red satin ribbon 50 mm wide 1 square 5x5. For the ears, make 2 brown round petals with folds. To do this, take a brown square 5x5, bake it, add it diagonally, then again diagonally and start folding three on each side. Now cut off the excess and weave the lighter. For the muzzle, make 1 double round invertedpetal of brown and red square. To do this, take 1 brown square and one red, we burn the edges with a lighter, add each square diagonally, we get two triangles, put a red triangle on the brown, add both triangles again diagonally and connect all the ends together, cut off the excess from the ends, seal with a cigarette lighter. Now cut off the excess on both sides, each side is sealed. To unscrew the petal, we need to cut off the soldered end again, turn out the petal and scorch the edges so that it does not fall off. From the brown square 5x5 we do exactly the samepetal, only single. Exactly the same unscrewed single petal is made from a pink square 5x5. Thus, for the muzzle, we got three twisted petals, one double, one single brown and one single pink petals. We begin to collect a monkey. First, glue handles, legs, tail (to the compressed brown section 10 cm.) And ears to the base of the glue gun. Then the pink tummy turns into a flat spiral and glue it to the center of the trunk. Around the pink tummy we glue a brown segment of 12 cm. The tuck is fixed, gluing it with the left hand. Now glue the muzzle. First, double glue over the edge is glued inthe bottom of the head, so that the petal protrudes, from above we glue a single brown petal, we get a muzzle with the tongue. Now take the pink petal, spread the glue on the edge of the petal, where the melted end and paste it on top of the head, so that it is close to our brown muzzle, the bottom of the pink petal should remain free. Now, around the head, gently stickbrown compressed segment of 8 cm. We glue on the pink face, if you do not have peepholes, you can use beads or half-beads. Well, in principle, that's all. I still decorated my monkey with money. Such a monkey can be hung on a tree if you thread a thread over the edge of your head, or you can attach a magnet behind it and you will have a souvenir on the refrigerator.
