Designer Assaf Israel (Assaf Israel)designed an interesting prefabricated Tipi rack for the Joynout studio. The idea of such a piece of furniture arose during the designer's one-year journey around the world. In the wooden rack there is the main element of the nomadic way of life - the ability to quickly and easily disassemble the system, fold, transport and reassemble in a new location. Of course, this model does not differ in compact dimensions, but it is quite possible to make a small copy to order. Collectible Tipi rack - multifunctional, canused as a workplace, a dining table, bookshelves, an open wardrobe, a tool rack, and the like. Multifunctionality is a valuable characteristic of furniture for small spaces. Such a storage system is suitable for private use in apartments and houses, as well as for public places - waiting rooms for railway stations and airports, libraries and cafes. Cone-shaped structure resembling a framewigwama, makes it easy to install shelves without rigid fixation. The diameter of the two holes on the sides of one shelf differs from the diameter of the holes of the other, which allows them to be positioned at different heights relative to each other. To ensure that both cones have the same diameter of the base, in two places the round shelves are screwed with bolts, which keep the overall shape. On them you can put baskets for things in ethno style and pots with indoor plants. I think, if you want and the opportunity, you can make such a multifunctional assembly rack with your own hands or order from the masters.
