New life of old shoes on Creative Competition 2016, original ideas with own hands
With the arrival of summer, many people put on sneakers.Very comfortable, simple and lightweight shoes, and the latest trends allow you to wear them with almost anything. Of course, the ideal option: a new season - a new wardrobe, but it also happens that you don’t want to part with old things. So, I have a pair of worn-out sneakers from last season with holes on the toes near the big toes. The solution to repair is quite simple - a heat-sealed patch with a diameter of 10 centimeters. The choice in fabric stores is quite large. So, before repairing, the shoes need to be washed and dried. Previously worn out areas need to be strengthenedwith raincoat patches, which are best sewn on from the outside. Firstly, it is more convenient, and secondly, the shoes will not pinch afterwards. After all the preparations, we move on to the most interesting part: 1. Turn on the iron to the maximum temperature, but without steam. 2. The heat-sealed patch must be cut in half. 3. Remove the protective film from one half and apply to the shoe.4.Carefully iron the heat-treated patch, trying to smooth out the "wrinkles", the excess can be cut off with manicure scissors. Well, that's it, the new thing will please you all season and maybe more than one!
