Master class on creating a cuff: 1. Cut off from each wire lengths of 15 cm in length. 2. Use round-nosed pliers to take one edge of the wire and make a loop, turning the handle. 3. Intercept the round pliers and make a curl next to the eyelet, making it in the opposite direction of the eyelet. 4. Bend a little from yourself for the place of the "snail" of the second wire. 5. From the second wire make a curl in the form of a snail. 6. Place the wires on top of each other, combining the "cochlea" with the bent spot of the first wire. 7. When creating the clamp base in the form of an "S" -shaped cafe fastener (this is approximately 3 cm), carefully make sure that the wires are tight to each other and do not budge when bending. 8. Somewhere in the middle (1.5 cm from 3 cm) of the "S" -shaped fastener make a small curl. This stage is the most important, so it should be done very carefully, since it is this part that is the fastening of two wires to a single piece, that is, the whole structure does not fail or there was no appearance of one wire from the other. To do this, a strong density should be adhered to when twisting and fitting one wire to the other. 9. There were tails. From the lilac wire we make a curl to the right side, and from the blue wire to the left. If the tails are too long, cut off the side cutters. 10. We put the cuff on the handle of the pliers to form the clamp. eleven. To cuff lay down on the shape of the ear - to correct all the curls and give an arc-shaped shape.
