In this article we offer a recipe for an amazing New Year's biscuit, which not only melts in your mouth, but will also be a real decoration of the New Year's Eve dinner. Beautiful and tasty New Year cookies It will take:

- Smaller bowl.
- A small saucepan for a water bath.
- Confectionery kulechek or syringe with attachments.

On the baking sheet we put parchment for baking and on top of it lay out our cookies. Oven warm up to 180 degrees. We need to bake our beautiful and delicious crafts for 15 minutes. Now we wait until the cookie has cooled down, and we proceed to a truly fascinating art process - decorating the cookies. Option 1 for decoration. On a water bath, we melt white chocolate, we pour it into a confectionery bag or syringe and draw frost patterns on our cookies. Option 2 for decoration. We will make sugar icing. To this end, whisk the raw egg whites, a little bit by adding the powdered sugar and lemon juice. The glaze should not be very liquid, but it is not necessary to whip up strong peaks. During the whipping process, food coloring can be added. We pour it too into a pastry bag orsyringe. If you do not have such a device in the kitchen, you can take an ordinary plastic strong package and make a small incision in one of the corners. Than it will be less, the thinner the line for drawing will turn out. Part of the glaze is to separate and add to it a little (literally a few drops) of milk or lemon juice. This will make it slightly more liquid, which will make it easier to completely cover the surface of the cookie. In order not to lose the glaze, it is necessary first to draw the outline of the undiluted part, wait until it dries, and then paint over the inner perimeter.
