Origami monkey with a scheme: master class
We present to your attention a very popularorigami monkey folding pattern. There are no difficult moments, so we advise you to quickly take a square sheet of paper and start creating a cute monkey - especially since you can find a lot of uses for it in pre-New Year's chores - for example, decorate gift wrap with it or stick it on .
In order to fold an origami monkey, take:
a square sheet of paper - colored double-sided or single-sided; scissors.

We have written a description for each step of the above diagram. Step 1. Place a square sheet of paper in front of you and fold it diagonally.
Step 2: Fold the paper in half again.
Step 3. Take the top left corner (but only the top layer!), open it and place it on top of the bottom corner (see diagram).
Step 5. Turn the figure over so that the back side is now facing up. Step 6. Take the upper (now) right corner and open it in the same way as we did in step 3.
Step 7. Mentally draw an axis through the upper and lower corners of the rhombus lying in front of us. Bend the side parts to this axis, aligning the lower sides of the rhombus and the intended axis.
We also bend the top corner towards the center of the structure.
Step 8. Unbend all the parts that we bent in the previous step. Take the bottom corner (its top layer) with your fingers and pull it up.
Step 9. You will get a figure like this.
Step 10. Turn the figure over so that its back side is on top.
Step 11. As in step 8, take the bottom corner and pull it up, laying it as shown in the photo below.
Step 12. Bend the side parts to the central axis, combining the lower sides of the figure and the axis itself, taking only the upper parts. Turn over and do the same for the back of the figure.
Step 13. Rotate the figure 180 degrees. Step 14. Take the bottom corner (top layer) and lift it up.
Step 15. Cut off the top part of the outer paper layer of the figure.
Step 16. Fold the cut inward.
Step 17. Using a fold, form the ears as shown in the diagram and in the photo.
Step 18. It remains to bend the limbs. To do this, bend the upper left paw with a fold inward so that it is now facing downwards.
Step 19. Bend the second upper limb in the middle to the left, making a fold outward.
Step 20.We bend the same limb again, in the area of the "wrist", this time the bend goes down, and the fold goes inward. We get a kind of hook, by which the monkey will then be easy to hang on the New Year's tree.
We cut the lower part to get two separate lower limbs.
We bend each of the hind legs outward.
The origami monkey is ready. All that's left is to draw a funny face on it.
