Today we do not recall childhood and make origami plane from one sheet of paper, try, with a little patience, to build a three-dimensional model. However, the result is worth it to spend your free time on assembling a bright and impressive model. So, what should you prepare to start the work on the origami model aircraft, a modular manufacturing technique? We decompose all the actions on the items:
- sheets of A4 paper (16 identical rectangles should be made from one sheet, by folding and cutting each part in half);
- 83 triangular modules are added from the prepared rectangles;
- separately, 6 elements must be made from a sheet, folding it into 32 rectangles.
The color of the sheets can be used to create a modelany, there are also no limits in the number of modules. To create a larger model, you can increase the number of blanks. It is not necessary to create your own part strictly according to the template, you can introduce originality, modifications in the direction of improving the strength of the paper structure and its aesthetic perception. Work begins with the folding of the fuselage. In the first row, two blanks are used, reaching the fifth row, their number evenly increases to four. There are no difficulties in folding the fuselage, just in each row it is necessary to vary the number of modules to make the model as realistic as possible, and to change the number of rows to achieve the desired size. As a result, you should get the element of the figure, as indicated in the photo. After assembling the fuselage, you can start folding the tail. The principle of connection is shown in the diagram below. To ensure strength, the tail sits on the adhesive backing. The principle of making wings is shown in this photo. 12 blanks are taken for the right and left wings. It is advisable to make a gluing along the junction of the two wings, this will strengthen their strength. Although many prefer to connect the module. Of smaller modules, we make the airplane chassis. When connecting the wings to the fuselage, you need to align the product so that it rests on the chassis.
