For a two-year-old child with a circumference of up to 46 centimeters, you will need two pieces measuring 23 by 16 centimeters, as well as a piece measuring 46 by 13 centimeters. The pieces need to be cut out so that the fabric fits over the horizontal part. Using the wrong side, you need to sew the pieces together by 23 centimeters to form the upper part of the hat. The lower part is sewn together using the smaller side, using the ring element. The lower part is folded in half using a seam on the inner area.
