Step by step production

Step 1: Selection of the basis You need to start with the search for suitable wood, which can be found on any sawmill or cut yourself, the main thing is that it was not processed, otherwise the plants on the tree simply will not grow. You should not stick to any particular size, it all depends on your wishes. Step 2: Handling and Mounting

  • After you select the required piece of wood, it should be brushed with metal bristles and remove dirt and dust from it.
  • Then you need to sand a piece of emery paper, smoothing the sides and back panel; sandpaper with a grain size of 220 is ideal for this, which will make the surface of the tree smoother.
  • After the wood is ready, you need to attach a hook to its back, which you can buy at any hardware store.

    • Step 3: Plant Installation Now you can proceed to the installation of plants.

  • In the center in a circle you need to drive in nails or twist the suitable screws, it does not matter, the main thing is that they are of a dark color, so they will be invisible.
  • The size of the circle will depend on the size of the root of the flower, but at the same time it should be slightly larger than the volume of soil that will be attached to the tree.
  • Now you need to place the moss in the center of the circle and pour it abundantly with water, then place the plant on it and cover the rest of the soil with moss, and pour it with water as well.

    • The most important step is to create a net of twine, you can also use fishing line. For this you need to wrap the twine around the bottomscrew and then wrap the other screws over the soil, thereby creating a small grid that will hold the flower in place. After the plants are secured with twine, orchids and succulents are ready to be placed on the wall. TIP: You can decorate a piece of wood at your discretion, and you can leave it in its original form, in any case such decor will look great!

    Plant Care

    Installing plants on the wall will lead to rapid drying of the soil, therefore:

    • Do not forget to regularly remove the decor from the wall and water the plants,
    • or you can immerse a tree with a plant in water several times a month.

    ATTENTION: It is also useful to use fertilizers for the soil of plants, it stimulates the growth of orchids and succulents. Such a delightful creation will be a wonderful decor for your home, the view of which you can enjoy every day!
