This article is for owners of cheerfulplayful seals. Of course, do not expect that thanks to this toy the cat will stop playing with your things. It would be too easy! However, for a while, until the toy is lost somewhere under the sofa, your furry friend will have something to do. 
This is a fairly fast project, only a fewminutes. You can do this while watching your favorite TV show or movie. What you will need: - Roller cutter or scissors - Felt (felt) - Piece of cardboard - Comfortable surface for work that you are not afraid to scratch. - Rope (optional) 
Tip: Use a rough cloth left over from a coat or something. There is no point in buying a new fabric for a toy that can quickly get lost. Cats are not as thrifty as we would like. Step by step 1. Cut about fifteen strips of felt from different colors. The thickness of the bands should be about one centimeter or slightly more, and the length - about twenty centimeters. 
2. Next, use a piece of cardboard or any solid object of suitable size and shape. The picture shows an acrylic bar. Wrap the felt stripes on this object tight enough to not fly off, but not too tightly - so that you can push the tape under them. 
3. Gently insert one of the tapes in the middle between the cardboard and ribbons - and tie, collecting all the tapes in an armful. Tighten, and then take the scissors-and cut the loops. Thus, you get a nice felt pompomichik for your merry pet. 
4. Pull the strips back and forth to align. Shake the pompom to fluff it. 
As agreed - quickly and easily! And if you tie this pompom on a string, then you can drag it, teasing a little hunter. It is very funny!
