We lay them out on the work table and stick pins in for the loops (you can take a fabric surface underneath). We use red dots to place the pins, the green dot is for the base. We form the wing using three strips, each containing 90 centimeters of paper. Now you need to master loop quilling. It is necessary to form curls by wrapping pieces of tape between the red dot and the green dot. The ends must be secured with glue.
