Hello, my name is Olga. I have been knitting for a long time since school, mainly for the family: daughters. I prefer crocheting. I present to your court the dress: ribbon lace, hook number 2, from 6 coils of mercerized cotton "Narcissus". Size 52. The dress is tied in 2 weeks, but with sleeves suffered a week: the sleeve - sewn with the head, it did not turn out smoothly to loosen the oats. Tapes did not sew, but tied in the process of knitting. The difficulty is in the expansion of the canvas on the hips. It was necessary to reduce the number of arches in the ribbons, which would bring the tape smoothly. Advice to yourself and those who wish to: when knitting products from a ribbon cloth, it is desirable to insert a grid (from arches of air loops or sticks and etc.) between the ribbons, it will easily adjust the width of the product: increase and decrease (in the waist, on the hips). And more from the experience of this product: the dress was dense, the conclusion - from "Narcissus" it was necessary to choose a drawing less often: not so dense.
