Red tie on the fork
You will need:125 g of Pichenette yarn (80% mohair, 20% polyamide: 25 g / 245 m) raspberry. Lace fork. Hook No. 3. Stole size: 50 x 200 cm. Patterns and types of loops Lace pattern: knit according to the diagram. ch (insert the hook into the loop, throw the thread on it and pull through the st.), sc (insert the hook into the st. of the chain or the lower row, pull out a new st., grab the thread and knit 2 sts on the hook in one go), half st. (insert hook into 3rd st of chain, counting from st on hook, grab thread and pull it through st of chain and st on hook; then insert hook into each next st of chain in turn and pull thread through st of chain and st on hook). How to make Lace border: determine width of lace and, depending on that, set teeth at certain distance from each other. Crochet 5 strips of 440 sts using lace pattern. Work each strip with crochet hook as follows: *1 half st, inserting hook into 2 sts, 3 ch*, repeat from * to * 10 times, 4 ch, 1 half st, taking 20 sts, 4 ch, repeat from * to * repeat 10 times (see diagram). Finish the strip with 12 ch, 1 half st in the central row of the strip. 12 ch, close 1 sc in the 1st half st. Make the final st at the other end of the strip. Assembling and finishing the stole Connect the connected strips together as follows: Place 2 strips next to each other so that the pattern continues, and make 1 half st in an arch of 3 ch, 2 ch, 1 half st in the opposite arch. Continue in this way until the strips are united (see diagram). Having connected 5 strips, make a border of arches along the edges as follows: *3 ch, 1 half st*, repeat from * to *. Finish the edges of the cape, making 1 row of sc and 1 row of “crayfish step”. Attach 23 tassels to the short sides of the cape as fringe. For each tassel, cut 12 threads 66 cm long, fold them in half = 23 cm and secure.
