And what was the most popular game in childhood? That's right - tic-tac-toe. Millions of schoolchildren killed dozens of precious hours during breaks (and, perhaps, lessons) drawing cells and making ingenious moves on the field. To create unusual tic-tac-toe for children you will need:
- Cellular polycarbonate (it is usually cheaply sold in large pieces for warming windows)
- Caps from plastic bottles (9 pieces)
- Not too thick, but strong aluminum wire
- Colorless silicone sealant
- Styrofoam. This frightening name of the material can easily be found in any kitchen. It is made from ordinary multi-colored trays in which we buy food
- Beads, different shapes
And of course, a wonderful creative moodFirst, cut out a 17 x 17 cm square from polycarbonate using a ruler and a stationery knife. Then step back from each edge approximately 2 cm inward and cut out an inner square 15 x 15 cm.
Next, take the prepared wire and make 3 blanks, 16 cm each, they will serve as rods on which we will later attach our crosses and zeros.
Fill the resulting honeycombs with silicone sealant. But only on one side, as shown in the photo below. This is necessary so that you can place more decorative elements inside.
Leave the sealant to dry. In the meantime, you can work on the lids. Use an awl to make 2 holes opposite each other in each lid.
The resulting holes should fit the wire size perfectly. They should not be too wide, so that our tic-tac-toe can be twisted with a certain amount of effort.
Then, using a utility knife, cut out nine circles from the polystyrene foam, slightly smaller in diameter than the size of the lid. These will then need to be inserted inside.
Once the sealant in the cells has dried, take care of them.decoration. For this, you can use all the unnecessary small materials for handicrafts that you have at home: beads, sequins, glass beads or ordinary satin ribbons. The main thing is not to fill the 3 parallel pairs of honeycombs from the bottom and top, you will then insert the rods into them.
When you are done decorating, fill the opposite ends of the honeycombs with sealant to prevent the materials from falling out and the composition from falling apart. Important! Do not forget to leave the paired honeycombs for the rods intact.
Next, thread it through the free rods along the waystringing caps on them. Insert beads between the caps so that they do not touch each other. Then fill the free honeycombs with sealant. Now your rods are securely fixed and will not fall out.
On the blue side of the caps make crosses. You can cut them out and glue them, or just draw them.
On the back side we glue the already prepared onespolystyrene foam circles. We glue or draw funny faces on them. If you, unfortunately, do not have artistic talents, but want to decorate your zeros, just replace the polystyrene foam circles with regular school round erasers with original faces, these are available in almost any office supply store.
