Preparing the plateWe take a plate in our hands and degrease it.Then, it is necessary to apply acrylic mordant on water. After half an hour, we look at the product and check whether the mordant has become more transparent. Then, it is necessary to pour gum arabic, which is suitable for the plate. It should not be for gouache, otherwise you will not get craquelure. After, rub with your finger a minute and a second your movements. After half an hour, the first craquelure will begin to appear in the form of crackles. We wait until everything dries completely.Next, you need to rub down the craquelure variants,using dry pastel. A sponge will help a lot, especially for applying shadows. You can do it with a regular finger. Gum arabic is easy to wash off with a stream of regular warm water. You need to help a little with your hand, but without any special sophistication, otherwise our craquelure drawing will disappear. Afterwards, you need to dry the product and cover it with acrylic varnish. This must be done first, otherwise, the work will lose its appearance. The muzzle will simply stick.Decoration and overlay of the design Afterthe product dries, you need to try on the printed picture. For the outer side of the product, we make marks with a marker, for the background product. It is necessary to turn the plate over and with the help of a sponge of a nostril type and paint we draw the background. After that, you can use a regular sponge or a bag. Then, the plate is covered with acrylic varnish. Then, the plate is covered with varnish for acrylic.We fix it in warm water for 5 minutes.printout. We dry the product.We apply the mordant to the sponge again and form the background.Wait for half an hour. After the muzzle becomes transparent, we glue the gold leaf. Using a hard brush, we get rid of the excess, fix this whole miracle with acrylic varnish. After - we apply another layer of paint that will match the version of your picture. After the product dries, we glue on plain rice paper. We clean the plate and cover it in several layers with acrylic. The work is ready!
