Sewing on a pattern of a lush skirt of tulle for a woman with a description for beginners.
One of the advantages of a tulle skirt is heruniversality. It is perfect for a date, for a party, for a walk, depending on which style you choose. Another advantage is the simplicity of tailoring. Even for beginners, sewing this type of skirt will be easy. In this master class we will cut and sewa magnificent skirt of tulle on the cover. Before buying a tissue from you will need to remove two measures: the waist circumference and the length of the skirt (for example, to the knee). After that, you will need to do some calculations: 1. Add five centimeters to the length of the skirt. 2. Divide by 3.14 the size of the waist, after which the resulting number is divided in half. This we learned the radius of the waist. 3. Add these two values, and denote the resulting amount by the symbol A. If the sum is less than or equal to 27, you need a tulle cut, somewhere 6x1.7 m. If the amount is more than 27, you will need to buy 10-12 m of tulip. In addition, you will need to buy material for the cover-base (preferably, it does not stretch and crumble). To obtain the length of the cut, multiply the waist circumference by 1.5. The width will be selected depending on the desired length of the cover.
In addition to these materials, you will need the following:
- tracing paper;
- tailoring meter;
- Pins;
- a segment of a wide elastic band, which in length is equal to the waist circumference plus two centimeters;
- Threads, the shade of which will be as close as possible to the color of the fabric;
- sewing machine;
- scissors.
If you did not manage to get a soft tulle, it can be washed, dried and patted. From this it will become softer. Course of work. 1. On the tracing paper a semicircular pattern is drawn: - the arrow of white color indicates the radius of the waist; - the arrow in black indicates the length of the skirt.
2. Cut out the template. 3. If your A value is less than 27, then add the tulle twice (in length), otherwise this action is skipped.
4. Fold the tulle in half (in the form of a book), then double again. There are eight layers of material.
5. We fasten them all with pins at the top edge of the stack and cut out all the blanks at the same time.
6. After the done actions before you will be four identical circles with a hole in the middle. If there is not enough material, you can make semicircular elements, which are then stapled in pairs. 7. Fold the two circles together and tear along the edge of the hole in the center.
8. We put two blanks one on one and use pins to mark 4 points near the waist: front, back and sides. Visually, the pins will divide the circle into four equal parts.
9. We reduce the endings of the rubber bands and sew them together (we had a stock of 2 centimeters for this purpose). We mark on the rubber bands four points that coincide with the marks on the skirt. 10. Fix the tulle from inside the gum and stitch it in zig-zag. 11. We take a piece of fabric of rectangular shape under the cover, fold in half and sew on the side edge. In the event of tissue shedding, you should first process its lower edge with an overlock.
12. We lay a suture seam along the upper edge of the "pipe", which we got, and tighten the thread so that the cover densely sat on the waist.
13. Sew it to the elastic under the fat. We cut the material along the line of the bottom so that it is not discernible.
That's all. You have finished making a skirt of tulle with your own hands.
