Hello to all good people!I will show off my new shawl. I really enjoyed knitting these lovely little things for lovely women. What a decoration - a shawl! I chose a simple pattern. Any, even a needlewoman, can handle it. The yarn, not this time, was a success. Silky, soft, warm, simply "Diamond" (VITA, Germany). 380 meters in 100 grams (45% wool laster, 55% acrylic), color 4957 (burgundy). Hook 3 mm (CORN). Knits easily, glides on the hook, does not delaminate. Knitting is a pleasure. Disadvantage - when blocking it sheds a little and loses shine, becomes even softer and silkier. However, the product does not lose its beauty. I think that you will have to wash it not with powders, but with shampoo.
The shawl turned out big. Weight 632.0.It took 6 skeins + a little from the 7th skein for the tassels. Size 200x100x138 (diagonally). Under the weight of the tassels it stretches and springs, does not deform. Tassels 22 cm. from 14 threads, quite often. The pattern does not indicate the edge columns. In each row, at the end, I knitted СС2Н for the top of СС2Н of the previous row. When the shawl was ready, I tied it: on top with SC and a crab step, and the rest of the arches of 5 VP.
