Japanese stone bowls - pools are also knownfrom the time of early Shinto shrines, where water was stored for use in ritual cleansing baths. The tea ceremony, imbued with the spirit of Zen, requires purity of body and spirit. Therefore, stone basins were later included in tea ceremony gardens. Guests could symbolically dip their hands in sacred water before entering the tea house.

Great decor for your home or gardenIn traditional Japanese style, the bowl can be filled with water, pebbles and pebbles, and decorated with fresh flowers. A hole can be drilled into the bottom of the pool to create a small fountain, or the water can flow from a neat bamboo faucet that matches perfectly with the stone bowl.
