Switches and sockets with moss decor
I really liked the conceptual idea.designer Andrew Harmon to decorate ordinary sockets and switches with moss. The main goal of the project, called Growth Plate, is to remind people of their closeness to nature, something that humanity so successfully forgets in huge metropolises and concrete electric jungles.By forcing people to constantly interact withgreen vegetation, the project will promote awareness and a constant reminder of their existence. Of course, you have a question: how to care for and water moss without starting a fire in your house? As far as I understand correctly, all this mossThe vegetation is not natural, but made of painted urethane. Although it looks like the real thing! However, another source says that all the plants are very real... it is unclear, but no less interesting, even if in the form of a concept with a not fully thought out implementation.
