This master class and a crochet lesson are for those who want to learn how to knit a photo frame with their own hands
Something like this will definitely be appreciated.your baby and will take a worthy place in his room, and such a frame can also be presented to a child as a gift on the occasion of a birthday, christening or just like that. Just a few hours of your free time and the gift is ready!So, for work we will need:
- a small wooden frame for photos;
- viscose yarn of blue color;
- hook;
- black threads (preferably a mulina);
- sewing needle with an enlarged eye;
- 10 cm thin satin ribbon of bright color.
Description of the creation process 1. We collect a chain of air loops, the length of which is equal to the inner perimeter of the opening of the photo frame.2.Next, we close the chain into a ring, knit three air loops for lifting, and then from the first loop of the ring we knit 4 double crochets at once, so that we get the corner of the future rectangle.3. After this, knit the required number of air loops equal to one of the sides of the inner opening of the frame with single crochet stitches.4.Then, to design the next corner, we again knit 5 columns with one yarn over from the next chain loop at once and continue knitting the next side. We design all 4 corners according to this principle and finish the first row.5. Knit using exactly the same principle, decorating the corners of each row with 5 double crochets for another 4 rows of the front frame piece, then secure the thread and cut off the excess.6. We knit another exactly the same frame detail for its back side, only unlike the first one, we make it one row smaller.7.Now we take the base - a wooden frame, attach the smaller piece to it from the back side, and the larger piece from the top side, connect them both along the outer edge and knit along the outer perimeter with one row of single crochets.8. This is what we get.9. Then we connect the edges from the inside of the hole and also knit all four sides with rows of single crochets.10. The main part of the frame is ready, we put it aside for now, and in the meantime we will start making decorative elements.11. Let's start with the head. To do this, cast on 4 air loops, close them into a ring and tie them in a circle with a row of double crochets.12.After that, we will knit two more circular rows, and in order for the circle to be flat, from each column of the previous row we will knit not one, but two double crochets at once. As a result, we got the head of the teddy bear.13.To make the eyelet, we will knit according to the following pattern: from the first loop of the bottom row, 1 single crochet, from the next loop of the bottom row, two double crochets, from the third loop of the bottom row, two double crochets, from the fourth loop, again two double crochets and from the fourth, one single crochet.14. Next, we knit the piece to the next ear with single crochets and design the second one. The toy's head is ready!15. Using a needle and black floss, embroider the bear’s face.16.Next we need to make the paws, two of them (the front ones) will be located symmetrically on the side parts of the frame, as if the bear is holding it, and two more on the lower part. To do this, on one side we knit one after another three rows consisting of seven double crochets.17. Sew the finished paw to the frame using black threads, making stitches in the form of three claws. Using the same principle, design three more paws.18. Sew the bear's head to the frame and decorate it with a small bright bow.19. This is the charming crochet frame we got.
