This master class of crochet crochet contains a rose scheme and a description of knitting.
It is quite difficult to meet a woman who hasthere is not a single indoor flower on the windowsill at home. As you know, indoor flowers require constant care, including not only watering, but also the application of various fertilizers. Another thing – handmade. Currently, craftswomen make flowers and compositions using various techniques, so there is a wide choice. I would like to suggest a technique for crocheting and knitting, or rather, crocheting the roses with leaves themselves, and crocheting a pot using knitting needles in an interesting pattern. By the way, the pattern was designed and selected by me personally, so it can be called the author’s.
Roses, leaves and a pot are made withusing acrylic knitting threads. You can take a thread with added wool to make it denser. It’s convenient for me to crochet with number 2.5, but you can choose based on your preferences; maybe someone else finds it convenient to crochet with a different hook number. I think the mating won't change much. The following materials and tools will be required for work:
The pot is knitted with lilac and lemon colored yarn. Exactly 60 loops are cast on the knitting needles with lilac yarn, and knitted further with facial loops (this will be the 1st and 2nd rows).
The next two rows must be knitted with an elastic pattern, that is, 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop, 1 knit loop, and so on until the end of the row (this will be the 3rd and 4th row).
Knit 10 knit lilac stitches(I propose to make such an abbreviation – knit.siren.loop.), 1 lemon knit stitch (lemon.knit.loop.), 10 knit.siren.loops, knit the next row in this alternating manner (5th row).
5 purl lilac loops are knitted (purl.siren.loop.), (1 lemon.knit.loop., 10 purl.siren.loop., 1 lemon.knit.loop.), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (6th row). Next, knit 9 knit.siren.loops, 3 lemon.knit.loops, 9 knit.siren.loops., knit the next row in this alternating manner (7th row).
4 purl siren loops are knitted (3 lemon.knit. loops., 8 purl. siren. loops., 3 lemon. knit. loops.), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (8th row). Then 8 knit.siren.loops are knitted, (5 lemon.knit.loops., 7 knit.siren.loops., 5 lemon.knit.loops., 7 knit.siren.loops.), the next row is knitted in this alternating manner, which is secured in brackets (9th row).
3 purl siren loops are knitted (5 lemon.knit. loops., 6 purl. siren. loops., 5 lemon. knit. loops., 6 purl. siren. loops.), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (10th row). Next, you need to knit a row by alternating 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop, one knit stitch again, and so on until the end, and according to the lemon-colored pattern, simply knit with knit stitches (11th row). A row is knitted by alternating 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop and until the end of the row (12th row). The next row is knitted alternating 1 knit stitch, 1 purl stitch, 1 knit stitch until the end of the row (13th row). A row is knitted by alternating 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop and until the end of the row (14th row).
Knit 5 knits. siren loops (1 lemon.knit.loop., 9 knit.siren.loop., 1 lemon.knit.loop., 9 knit.siren.loop.), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (15th row). Knit 9 purl siren loops, 1 lemon knit stitch, 9 purl siren loops, knit the next row in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (16th row).
Then 4 knit stitches are knitted., (3 lemon.knit.loops., 8 knit.siren.loops., 3 lemon.knit.loops., 8 knit.siren.loops.), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (17th row ). 10 purl siren loops are knitted, (3 lemon knit stitches, 8 purl siren loops, 3 lemon knit loops), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (18th row ). 3 knit.siren.loops are knitted, (5 lemon.knit.loops., 7 knit.siren.loops., 5 lemon.knit.loops.), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (19th row ).

Next, you need to knit a row by alternating 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop, one knit stitch again, and so on until the end, and according to the lemon-colored pattern, simply knit with knit stitches (21st row). A row is knitted by alternating 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop and until the end of the row (22nd row). The next row is knitted alternating 1 knit stitch, 1 purl stitch, 1 knit stitch until the end of the row (23rd row). A row is knitted by alternating 1 purl loop, 1 knit stitch, 1 purl loop and until the end of the row (24th row).

Next, knit 9 knits, siren loops, 3 lemon.knit.loop., 9 knit.siren.loop., knit the next row in this alternating manner (27th row). 4 purl siren loops are knitted, (3 lemon knit stitches, 8 purl siren loops, 3 lemon knit loops), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (28th row ). Then 8 knit.siren.loops are knitted, (5 lemon.knit.loops., 7 knit.siren.loops., 5 lemon.knit.loops., 7 knit.siren.loops.), the next row is knitted in this alternating manner, which is fixed in brackets (29th row).
3 purl siren loops are knitted (5 lemon.knit. loops., 6 purl. siren. loops., 5 lemon. knit. loops., 6 purl. siren. loops.), the next row is knitted in such an alternation, which is secured in brackets (30th row). Knit a row with knit stitches (31st row), knit the next row with purl loops (32nd row), close all the loops and tear off the threads.
The base for the pot can be made from a piece ofpolystyrene foam or thick foam rubber. I made it out of polystyrene foam and cut it out with a sharp stationery knife into a piece similar in shape to a pot. Cover the foam with green paper so that it goes well with the green leaves of the roses.
Glue knitted “clothes” on top of the paper. for the pot. At the top and bottom there are knitted “clothes” wrap and glue, so the pot will look neater and more beautiful.
It is necessary to connect the most beautiful and interesting things inthis master class – These are roses of a delicate peach color. A total of 5 roses of the same size will be knitted; if desired, you can make roses of different sizes, up to buds; I settled on fully opened roses. So, you will need a hook and peach yarn. Make ten air loops and close them, this will be a petal for the rose.
In the first row you need to make 4 more such petals, consisting of 10 loops.
In the second row, 5 petals are also made, but consisting of 9 loops.
In the third row you need to knit 4 petals consisting of 8 loops.
In the fourth row you need to knit 4 petals consisting of 6 loops.
Then you need to thread a thread through the middle of the rose, tie the remaining threads together, if the threads are long, then shorten them.
One rose is ready. It is necessary to knit 4 more roses in the same way.
I knit the leaves for each rose from dark green and light green yarn. Take dark green yarn and cast on a chain of 5 loops.
You will not knit along an oval, but from one side to the other. Therefore, knit 6 rows, threading the hook and thread through all the loops.
After which you need to knit 3 more rows, but with a hook and thread, without threading it through the outermost loops. This is necessary so that the leaf for the rose turns out sharp.
Each rose will require 3 leaves, so for a total of five roses you will need to knit 15 green leaves.
Then, using a hook and light green yarn, you need to tie the green leaves. The leaves are not tied to the very end.
All 15 leaves are tied and ready!
Let's start assembling our craft. Glue 3 leaves to the center of the pot.
Then plant one rose on the glue.
Glue all the leaves around this rose and 4 roses on them.
Roses in a knitted pot are ready! My glue dries quickly, so I don’t have to wait long.
Such a flower pot with delicate peach flowersroses will look great on a window sill or just on a cabinet, and you can also put it on a coffee table. This flower does not require watering or light, so it can be placed anywhere. You can knit roses in a knitted flower pot for yourself, for your home, or you can knit them as a gift for close friends or relatives. Such gifts are especially relevant on March 8th.
