The second column is after two rows.The third one is in three.The fourth one is after four rows.And the fifth column is after five rows.When knitting stitches in this way (pulling out the thread), it is important to ensure that the fabric does not deform, and to pull the loops exactly to the height of the row.Next, we knit five more single crochets in the usual way.And we repeat the group of 5 elongated columns.We knit the entire row in this way. If the calculation is correct (the number of loops is a multiple of five and not even), the pattern will end with a group of five elongated columns.The next 4 rows are knitted with blue thread using single crochet stitches. We turn the knitting, make three air loops for lifting and tie the chain of air loops with double crochets. (60 + 60 + 38 = 158 double crochets).The ties are ready.Pompoms. For tassel pompoms you need a 6 cm stencil. Regular cardboard will do.We take threads of all three colors.And we make 50 turns around the cardboard blank. Using a hook, pull a white thread under all the turns.We tie all the threads tightly and remove them from the cardboard.We cut the threads in half, opposite the tie from the white thread. We trim the pompom. We pull the thread that we used to tie the pompom inside the hat using a hook and secure the pompom-tassel to the hat with a knot.We make the second pompom in the same way.
