This master class will teach you how to make a felt toy – monkey

Necessary materials:

• beige, corporal and red colors;
• beige, black thread;
• eyes or black beads;
• rhinestones or half-beads;
• Super glue;
• dry pastels;
• sintepon for stuffing toys.

Templates for toy parts can be copied from the monitor by attaching a sheet of paper to it. The monkey can be any size.To make one monkey you will need 2head details, 2 beige ears (you can use brown, red), 1 pale pink muzzle detail, 1 bow (2 bows for a monkey & girls). We cut them out of thin felt of medium hardness.Place the head pieces next to each other and sew them togetherbuttonhole stitch. On the sides, the places where we will sew the ears can be marked with chalk so that their location is on the same level. We sew these areas with regular small stitches. Don't forget to leave room for stuffing the toy with padding polyester. If we use the toy as a pendant, we leave a hole at the top of the head so that after stuffing we can sew in a ribbon or string at the end.We fill the blank with fluffy pieces of padding polyester or holofiber. We sew the toy up to the end.We embroider a mouth on the muzzle with black thread; all the knots should remain on the back side of the part. If instead of eyes there are beads – We also sew them on at this stage.Apply super glue (gel) to the entire surface of the underside of the muzzle and glue it to the head.We decorate the “face”: instead of a nose, you can glue a rhinestone or half-bead.Using the tip of a toothpick, apply 2 drops of glue ontoplaces where the eyes will be. Carefully glue the plastic slider eyes; the glue should not come out from under them, otherwise sloppy white spots will appear. Chop the scarlet pastel with a knife and “powder” it with a brush. her cheeks. Instead of pastels, you can use regular pink eyeshadow.We glue a bow (for the boy at the bottom of the head, for the girl on the sides, on the ears).We crush the red pastel and tint the contour of the muzzle and ears with it.Using a gel pen, you can draw small eyebrows above the eyes.That's it, the toy is ready, if it is a magnet, then the final step will be gluing a small magnet to the back of the monkey.
