This master class will teach you how to make beautiful cards with flamingos yourself.
Do you want to create a bright, cheerful, originalhandmade card? This detailed master class will help with this. This card will be an excellent addition to a gift for children. A pink flamingo against a background of bright, harmoniously selected shades of cardboard will not leave any child indifferent. In addition, such a postcard will be an excellent option as a gift to a close friend. What does it take to get the job done?
First, take 2 cm of black quilling paper, 20 cm of pink, 5 cm of yellow. We glue all the pieces together into a long strip. Using a special tool, roll the roll.To fix the flamingo's eye, apply a little glue at the end of the yellow color and continue to twist the roll.
Then we give it an oval shape, pressing it with our fingers.
Take 30 cm of pink quilling paper and roll itbig roll. Then we give it the shape of a drop. There should be two such elements that will be needed for the body of the flamingo. We also make a roll of white quilling paper and give it the shape of a drop, bending the tip a little in the shape of a hook. This will be the beak of a pink flamingo.
Take a black felt-tip pen or marker and color the curved tip of the white roll.
We fold yellow A5 cardboard in half, preparing the base of the postcard. Then take turquoise cardboard and cut out a 9x13 cm rectangle. Glue foam double-sided tape on the back side.
We glue it to the base.
Now we begin to glue the pink flamingo onto the turquoise part.
We make the legs by bending 2 mm of pink quilling paper, as in the photo. Connect the folds together with glue to form the paws of three flamingo fingers.
A unique and quite bright postcard is ready!
