Such a card can be presented for any holiday, including the upcoming Valentine's Day. A beautiful, gentle postcard in turquoise tones will be an excellent surprise. To make it, you will need to use a card base or a sheet of turquoise A5 cardboard, as well as pea paper or a pale shade pattern, quilling paper, or plain colored paper (two-sided). To further decorate the postcard, white rhinestones and a ribbon were used in this work. List of materials that are necessary for your work:
If you have A4 cardboard, then it is cut in half,to get a sheet size A5. This rectangle is bent in half, creating the basis for the postcard. From the pale blue designer paper in peas we cut out a detail of 9x14 cm. Cut 10 cm of blue tape into polka dots, glue down on a rectangle of designer paper. Cut another 6 cm tape, make a ring and fix it with glue. Then the received ring is fastened as on a photo. The received detail is fastened obliquely on a tape on a rectangle of a design paper. In the center we attach the rhinestone and get a beautiful bow. The finished part is attached to the turquoise base for the postcard on a foamed double-sided adhesive tape, the squares of which are attached from the back side. We take turquoise paper for quilling about 20-25 cm long, bend in half. The bend of the strip is fixed with glue, so that the future detail in the form of a heart keeps its shape. Free edges are glued together and the finished part in the form of a heart is attached to the adhesive on the substrate. We take white paper for a quilling length of about 5-6 cm, bend in half. Using the quilling tool, twist one edge of the bent strip and also twist the other edge. It turns out a detail in the form of a heart. Such details will need about 18 pieces, depending on the size of the heart. Ready-made white hearts start to fill the turquoise heart on the base. Now, from white quilling paper, perform 4-6 round details to fill small empty spaces between the white hearts. In the end, we decorate the card with rhinestones in the corners. Very gentle card with your own hands is ready!
