First r. In a ring of 6 vp. tie 4 ch.p.p., 23 Art. s/2n. Finish 1 s.s. with 4th v.p.p. Second r. 4 vp, 1 vp, then knit 1 tbsp in each loop. s/2n, alternating them with 1 vp. we finish the circle similarly to the first 1 s.s. in the 4th vp. Third r. 3 vp, 1 vp, then knit in each st. s/2n of the second circle, 1 tbsp. s/n, between them we knit 1 ch. We finish the row similarly to the previous two 1 s.s. in the 3rd v.p.p.
Fourth r. 1 s.s., 1 v.p.p., 1 tbsp.b/n in the same base loop, *1 ch, then in the next ch. third row we knit (1 st. s/n + 5 v.p. + 1 st. s/n), 1 v.p., in the next v.p. for the third round we knit 1 tbsp. b/n*. We continue knitting from *, finishing row 1 s.s. in the first st. b/n. Fifth r. 1 v.p., 1 tbsp. b/n in the same base loop, *1 vp, in an arch of 5 vp. we knit (1 ch + 1 st. s/n 4 times + 1 more st. s/n), then we knit 1 ch, 1 tbsp. b/n in 1 tbsp. b/n fourth row*. Continue from * to the end of the circle. We finish 1 s.s. in 1 v.p.
It is necessary to tie two such halves of the ball. When you knit the second one, after completing the fifth row you need to knit another 6 dc. The loop will come out of the third st. s/n, knitted into an arch of 5 ch. Next, take the first half of the future ball, grab a similar third st. s/n and a connecting post we connect both halves. Now we knit 5 ch. and again stretch 1 d.s. in the next third st. s/n of both halves. We knit the entire circle in this way.
Now you need to place the balloon inside. We inflate it so that it stretches the knitted workpiece. The threads should be taut.
Next step – cover with PVA glue.If you are making just a couple of balls, you can coat the threads with glue using a brush. In this case, it is better to completely immerse a large number of future toys in the adhesive solution. To do this, you need to dilute the glue with water 2:1. Now we just immerse the balls in it, take it out and leave it to dry. This may take almost a day, please be patient.
To give balls of thread a shape, you can alsouse starch paste. It's very easy to prepare. Mix 3 teaspoons of starch with a glass of water (200 ml). Now you need to bring the mixture to a boil, stirring.
When the blanks are dry, we deflate the balls, you canuntie the knot or simply pierce the ball with a needle. Now all that remains is to attach the loop to the balls. Such crafts can be decorated with sparkles or painted gold or silver. Original openwork balls will be an excellent decoration for the interior and Christmas tree.
