Surely your children also love this activity - counting money))) For such a useful game (we learn new words - vegetables, fruits, learn to count), you will need a cash register. I want to show what a wonderful cash register can be made from a box. What we need: Calculator with large buttons (Not necessarily working) Cardboard box (Larger than a calculator) Plastic container (Smaller than a cardboard box) Corrugated cardboard Roll of paper towel Scissors Stationery knife Paper Pen Paints Brushes Hot glue Scotch tape
How to do: STEP 1.First, we will make a cash register display. We cut our roll to the size of the cardboard box. We will need to attach two corrugated cardboard circles to both ends of the roll. We will cut out 12 cardboard pieces to display the numbers (0-9), they need to be labeled. We will cut a slit in the roll to insert cardboard figures with numbers there.
STEP 2. Now we will make the cash register buttons. Measure the size of your calculator keyboard. Find a place on the box for the buttons and make a hole in it.
STEP 3: Now we make a sliding cash drawer. Measure the container and cut a corresponding hole in the bottom of the cardboard box.
STEP 4. Cut out additional circles and rectangles from cardboard: buttons and a special device for credit cards.
STEP 5. Let's color our box and buttons.
STEP 6: Use tape to secure the calculator in the box.
