Openwork top Summer is red. Work of Elena

Openwork top "Summer red".Knitted using the Bruges lace technique. This is my first work in this style. It all started when the customer was inspired by Yelets braided lace and wanted something similar for herself. I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to handle such work and refused, and after that, as they say, I got “stuck”. Like, “what’s there that I couldn’t do?” And I started digging. I looked through special issues of “Duplets” on this topic, models from the Fashion Magazine and cuttings from other magazines that I had in my collection. I decided to start by knitting something simple for myself, and at the same time get my hand in.At first I wanted to knit, I found a suitable onean easy-to-read pattern with knitting direction and numbered rows, just right for a "newbie" like me. It didn't work right away, I had to sweat over solving the quest (in general, the solution is that you need to look more closely at the pattern and do exactly as indicated).A napkin, or rather a decoration for a flowerpot, transformed into a yoke for a future blouse or top. Well, and then everything came together somehow by itself in the process of work, and this top turned out. I knitted according to the patterns below, added a few things from myself. The size of the top is 54-56, yarn "Astra" for the main fabric (almost 300 g, a small skein remained) and a little iris for decoration. Hooks No. 0.85 and 1.
