Corrugated paper tree, hand-made paper crafts

We will need:- corrugated paper (pink and light green) - newspapers (to create the base of the tree) - PVA glue - scissors - threads - plaster - glue gun - ruler - pen rod - satin ribbons, rhinestones (optional) - And most importantly Good mood!!! 1. I start work by selecting a flower pot (or any beautiful container that you like). 2.Now we are looking for a stick for the trunk of our future tree. The length and width are absolutely arbitrary (I have an ordinary dry branch from the street, 32 cm long). You must take into account that part of the stick will be in a pot and part in a ball (the base of the tree). 3.We need plaster with which we will attach our stick to the pot. You can decorate the stick with ribbons, or rhinestones, or leave it as it is natural. It all depends on your imagination. We can put the finished pot aside for now and work on the base of the tree. 4. I took ordinary newspapers and crushed them to form a ball to the desired size. (I have a diameter of 14 cm.) 5. Carefully made a hole in the ball so that the stick we had prepared could fit into it. And now, the most labor-intensive and long-awaited process begins. 6.We prepare roses from corrugated paper. I took pink corrugation. I cut strips 20 cm long and 5 cm wide (the sizes can be different. Everything is curled, what size do you want to make the flowers). 7. Take the strip and bend it towards yourself 5mm. and press. Then we press this corner with our thumb and twist it inward, lifting it up (like twisting a candy). And so on along the entire length. We roll the twisted strips into rosebuds. To prevent the roses from falling apart, we tie them tightly with a thread (take a stronger thread). I got 25 of these roses. 8. Now, using a glue gun, glue the roses to our ball. I started gluing from the bottom, where the hole is. 9.The final process will be gluing green corrugation into the empty spaces of our tree. To do this, cut 6-7cm squares. And using “cutting”(take the usual paste from the handle. Place the end end in the middle of the square and tightly twist it onto the paste. Without removing the resulting tube from the paste, smear a small amount of glue and place it at a right angle in the free spaces). In this way we cover our entire tree. Tip: Personally, I glue the bottom of the wood first, where the hole is. Then I plant the tree on the trunk and then glue everything else. This is for convenience. And this is what I got.Corrugated paper tree. Photo №1 Corrugated paper tree. Photo # 2
