Shower tube from aluminum beer can
In the absence of normal watering can for a shower, you can think of some temporary replacement. One option is to use an aluminum can of beer. 
On the one hand, you need to widen the hole to screw the jar on the thread. 
And on the other, make a series of holes around the circle with a clerical knife or other sharp object. Naturally, this homemade shower head is not the best option and is unlikely to last long (most likely, the threaded connection will start to flow), but to take a shower a couple of times is quite suitable.
