Master class - we make a textile functional house with our own hands

This house is quite simply sewn, the main thingtry once. They can be sewed in different sizes. Therefore, as such, I do not make patterns, I am drawing a diagram directly on the fabric. I'll tell you in detail how to sew such a house on this example. The house is 19cm high, the wall is 12cm wide, the roof is 17cm. You can sew the walls of a whole piece of cloth, but this time I took two colors for the walls. We need: Fabric on the outer walls of the house and the roof, fabric oninternal walls, roof, bottom (the underside of the house), sintepon, non-woven linen (adhesive cushioning material), pieces of fabric for the design of the house (doors, windows). Flyfophix, not necessarily, but I really love it. This material is an indispensable assistant when working with applications, especially small parts. On the fabric for the walls of the house we draw these verystenochki (for a photo I drew a pen, but it should be done in simple pencil). Width 13cm, height 15cm without pediment, details with pediment 20cm. (The dimensions are already indicated with allowances for the seam). Cut out the details: Sewing. At this stage, we will deal with the design, make appliqué windows, doors. For this purpose I use a phlyphixis. Details of the application simply put on the phlylofix (on the underside of its adhesive side) and ironed. Then remove the parts from the paper, attach to the fabric andagain iron. The details are firmly fixed on the fabric, do not move, do not need additional fixation with pins. Sew embroidered seam or zig-zag seam. Now we take the sintepon, put the back cloth on it, face up, then prepare the house with the wrong side up. Straighten on three sides (do not sew up the bottom). Cut, trim excess allowances, in the corners of the pediments make cuts (cut through the scissors fabric, not reaching the line 2mm). Unscrew, iron well. The bottom and sides should be sewn with a hidden seam. Now we proceed to the roof, first we need to doeyelet. (This stage is optional, I have a functional house, so I will sew only one side of the roof, and the second button on the button). Cut fabric 15 by 3.5cm Flatten the edges inward, fold them in half and iron them again. Stitch. We take the sintepon, we put on it the inner fabric of the roof 19x26 cm, the front side upward. Fix the loop to the center of the short side. Top with outer fabric, with the wrong side up. Straighten around the perimeter, leaving a hole for unscrewing the part to be unscrewed. Cut the corners. Unscrew, iron well, sew a hole with a hidden seam, Make a stitch along the center of the roof. Anologno sew the bottom. Fabric for the bottom 14x14cm. I still sifted for stiffness. Carefully iron, (I slightly stretched out when steaming, was carried away). Turn out the house on the wrong side, Scrape the bottom and sew. We sew the bottom and the roof with a hidden seam. The house is ready. I sewed it on one side, on the other hand I have a button. There are candy. That's it. Good luck in your work! This house can be bought at the "Fair of Masters" + a box for tea.
