Without fastening, one tire can move over the other, which will lead to a breakdown of the entire structure. In the second rubber circle, also pour sand, which should be moistened, or pour the solution. Then put on the third tire, which is fixed along the edge of the circle with the lower tire. In the third part of the base, the sand does not fall asleep, it will be necessary to fill the solution with only one second volume, since then the constructed construction in the form of the Goldfish will be fixed by the cement mortar to the substrate. At the second stage, you should start creating the body of the Golden Fish, which is based on an integral old tire, which is fixed vertically to the center of the base and bolted in places of contact with bolts. Then fill the third tire of the base with a solution so that it fixes the body of the fish. From the second tire, you need to cut out the flat fins. Their model has the form of an elongated oval, on the one hand they are cut serrated. When the solution cools, screw the fins to the body of the fairy-tale character and to the circle of the base. The upper part of the body of the fish is decorated with a large carvedfin, it is also created from the second tire. To fix the fin on the head of the fish, you need to make a slot of the appropriate size, insert the part and fix it with a metal corner in 2-3 places. For the tail of a goldfish, less thanhalf of the circumference of the tire, it must be cut in a straight line. The tail is fastened with bolts and tightened tightly by gangs with large substrates. This is the most important detail, since many children will want to sit on the tail, hang on it, etc., so to fix it, approach as closely as possible. Color all the details in the correspondingcolors, the golden color should prevail as much as possible, red stripes give a truly fabulous appearance, and they are separated by white strokes. The pedestal base should be bright, colorful. You can draw large dots on the lower tires by the type of stones, or draw developing algae in green.
