Hello everyone!I decided to hold a master class on sewing pants, I hope that it will be useful to someone. I sewed these pants specifically so that you could wear them for the New Year and then wear them to kindergarten for a bit. Since we were a chick this year, the color, of course, was bright yellow.I took fleece fabric. You can take any other fabric you like. For work I need:

• the cloth;
• sewing threads in the color of fabric;
• threads of bright color for basting;
• needle;
• scissors;
• elastic band 2 cm;

First, we need to cut the fabric to the right size. I do it like this: I attach the pants of the size I need and cut them out right away, leaving a 1.5-2 cm seam allowance.In this way I cut out one side first,then the other. Here the halves should be different in length and width. The back part is slightly larger and wider than the front half. After the four halves are cut out (two front and two back), you need to fold the front shelf with the back one so that the front part of the fabric looks inside the product. We will sew from the back side.After we have correctly laid out the shelves "face" inward, we need to baste the side part and then the step part. We stitch with an overlock and remove the baste.Next, we connect from the crotch seam to the front and back of the pants. First, you need to baste so that the seams are even and beautiful. After stitching, remove the basting. We cut the belt on the bias so that it stretches well and gives us the shape we need.We stitch on one side using an overlock machine.We connect in a circle to start sewing tothe main part of the pants. Now we take our belt and the already half-sewn pants. We apply the seam on the belt to the seam on either side and baste the unprocessed part with bright threads.We sew with an overlock. Now you need to fold the belt and baste the side stitched on the overlock, leaving space for threading the elastic. After you have basted, you need to stitch along the front side 1 mm below the waist, and on the back side the stitching should go along the middle of the overlock stitching.Insert the elastic and carefully sew it up. There's just a little bit left: process the bottom of the pants. First, you need to go over the edge with an overlock.Then you need to fold it by 1-1.5 cm and baste it so that the folded edge is even.All that remains is to stitch along the middle of the overlock seam and remove the basting.Our comfortable and warm pants are finished!All that's left is to decorate them with yellow tinsel. I took the largest tinsel with different cuts, so that it looks prettier. Step back 10 cm from the edge and sew with yellow threads with large stitches.With the tinsel sewn on, there is no visible free space; the tinsel will go all the way to the bottom.This is what the pants will look like after being trimmed with tinsel.Bright and elegant pants for a little chick are ready.
