Crafting for the New Year 2016 for the 2015 Competition, New Year's crafts by your own hands

For the skates, we used polymer self-hardening clay, white and red acrylic paints, thin wire, organza, glitter, and bells.We twist skate runners from wire, a lotwrapping the wire once in the shape of the intended form. Form our shoes from clay, build runners into them, do not forget about the loop on top, so that there is something to hang them on. Also sculpt several mittens and Christmas candies also with loops from wire, they will come in handy for decoration. Leave to dry overnight. Better near a heat source. The size of my skate is 4 cm. The night was enough for it to harden. Smoothen the dried workpiece with sandpaper or a nail file (you need a coarser one). Cover with white paint, dry, decorate with a picture on the side and sprinkle glitter with mica on the top of the boot. Paint the mittens red, draw a snowflake. Give the candies a classic red and white color. We hang the skates on the organza, and attach the mittens and lollipops to it using wire rings. We add, fixing them with knots, transparent square beads that resemble ice and bells so that our craft rings, giving it a New Year's mood. That's it! We give it to our family and friends to give them a festive feel or hang it on the Christmas tree!
